We are hiring an Office Coordinator to manage e-tender submissions, maintain communication with government portals and clients, and handle day-to-day office tasks such as email correspondence and file management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Search for relevant tenders on government portals (e.g., GEM, CPPP, eProc portals)
- Prepare and submit tender documents online
- Maintain records of submitted tenders and deadlines
- Coordinate with internal teams for required documents and approvals
- Draft, send, and manage professional emails
- Maintain documentation and filing of all communication and tender-related files
- Handle basic office administration and follow-ups
Requirements:
- Graduate in any field (Commerce or Business preferred)
- Good knowledge of computers and internet browsing
- Familiarity with e-tender portals is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, punctual, and reliable
Preferred:
- Experience working in a government-facing company or with e-tenders
- Ability to multitask and handle documentation under deadlines
