Job Description

Position Overview:

The Associate Executive Admin supports daily office operations by handling administrative tasks, maintaining records, coordinating with teams and vendors, and assisting management. The role ensures smooth workflow, proper documentation, and efficient office management. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and basic English communication and computer knowledge are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain office records, files, and documentation (both physical and digital)
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments for smooth operations
  • Monitor office supplies and ensure timely replenishment
  • Assist in facility management activities (Peon, housekeeping, AC, Plumbing, Electricity, repairs, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures
  • Handle courier, dispatch, and logistics coordination
  • Support event arrangements, meetings, and office activities
