Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, managing employee relations, and implementing HR policies. Responsibilities also include coordinating employee training sessions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and handling performance evaluations. The role requires collaborative interaction with various departments to address HR needs effectively and align them with organizational goals.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
