Title : Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)
Location : Hyderabad (Hybrid)
We are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our team and help ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems. If you have strong expertise in cloud platforms and hands-on experience with Snowflake (including admin capabilities), we'd love to connect!
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability aligned with SLAs
- Implement and manage observability tools for proactive issue detection
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues across infrastructure
- Collaborate with engineering teams to build scalable, fault-tolerant systems
- Develop automation scripts for deployment, monitoring, and system management
- Participate in on-call rotations and conduct root cause analysis
- Optimize system performance and support capacity planning
- Maintain clear documentation of systems, processes, and incident responses
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience as an SRE, DevOps Engineer, or similar role
- Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or Go
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake
- Strong Snowflake Account Administration expertise
- Experience with Kubernetes or other container orchestration tools
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI
- Solid understanding of networking and security fundamentals
- Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform or CloudFormation)
- Knowledge of microservices and service mesh architectures
- Background in Agile development environments
