Job Description

Title: Administrative Officer

Experience: 1-3 Years

Location: JP Nagar- Bengaluru

English & Kannada Language Proficiency

Having a 2 wheeler Preferable

Monday to Friday: Work from Office 3-4 Days(Hybrid)

Overview:

A successful Administrative Officer will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support at the Bengaluru office, along with leading the travel desk. A highly organised individual with great communication and vendor management skills will be ideal.

Key Results

  1. Effective and efficient office administration.
  2. Support for high-priority logistical needs of the office and any ancillary event.
  3. Effective management of databases and office budget
  4. Effective vendor management, event management, and related results

Key Activities

  1. Manage office supplies stock and place orders
  2. Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
  3. Maintain and update office databases
  4. Arrange travel and accommodation.

  7. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills and highly detail-oriented.
  8. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office and Canva
  9. Practising patience in chaotic situations.
