Role Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day
operations and maintenance of our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background
in facility management, including electromechanical and soft services, and a commitment to
ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment.
Responsibilities:
➔ Ensure the regular upkeep and maintenance of electrical and mechanical
equipment, including ACs, DG sets, RO systems, UPS, and fire safety systems.
➔ Oversee classroom infrastructure, including smart boards, seating, lighting, and
IT assets.
➔ Implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize
downtime.
➔ Monitor safety procedures and ensure adherence to SOPs for fire safety,
electrical systems, and security measures.
➔ Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines for building safety, waste
disposal, and emergency protocols.
➔ Coordinate with third-party vendors for maintenance, housekeeping, and security
services.
➔ Track and maintain records of diesel consumption, asset tagging, and
consumables.
➔ Ensure timely procurement and stock management of necessary materials.
➔ Track and optimize electricity consumption for cost efficiency.
➔ Maintain records of power backup systems, water supply, and HVAC operations.
➔ Ensure timely and accurate documentation and record-keeping of facility
expenses, service agreements, and compliance reports.
➔ Collaborate with regional admin teams to address operational issues and
escalations.
Qualifications:
➔ B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical/Facility Management preferred.
➔ Good knowledge of Facility Management, including electromechanical and soft
services.
➔ Well-versed in maintenance checklists and safety procedures.
➔ Prior experience in facility operations preferred.
➔ Local candidates preferred.
