About the Organization
Dreamer Trust is a non-profit charitable organization working at the grassroots level in the areas of Hunger Alleviation, Education, Healthcare, and Social Welfare. The Trust works to support underprivileged and vulnerable communities with dignity, compassion, and transparency.
Key Responsibility
- Dreamer Trust is looking for an experienced and responsible Accounts Officer to manage accounting, financial records, statutory compliance, and reporting activities.
- Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain physical and digital records, files, registers, and important organizational documents.
- Maintain statutory and compliance records, including PAN, 12A/12AB, 80G, CSR-1, NGO Darpan, FSSAI, and related licenses and registrations.
- Coordinate with government departments, auditors, consultants, donors, vendors, and partner organizations.
- Maintain employee, volunteer, intern, and consultant records and support basic HR administration.
- Maintain project files, beneficiary records, program documentation, and support project reporting.
- Manage official emails, letters, notices, acknowledgements, and other organizational correspondence.
- Maintain asset, inventory, stationery, and project material records.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, events, field activities, and other administrative arrangements.
- Ensure proper filing, scanning, backup, confidentiality, and timely retrieval of important documents.
- Assist management with audits, inspections, donor requirements, reports, and other administrative documentation.
- Perform other administrative and coordination duties as assigned by the management.
Required Skills, Qualification & Experience
- Graduate degree in Administration, Management, Commerce, Social Work, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in administration, NGO management, office management, compliance, or a similar role.
- Experience in an NGO, Trust, Society, or charitable organization will be preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, documentation, and record management.
- Good communication skills in English, Bengali, and Hindi.
- Strong organizational, coordination, time-management, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to prepare official correspondence, reports, and administrative documents.
- Basic knowledge of accounting, office administration, and NGO compliance.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently as well as in a team.
Salary
₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month (CTC)
Working Hours
Monday – Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
