About The Role

We are seeking a confident and well-organized Office Administrator to support our luxury brand retail operations at our Janpath store. The ideal candidate will have a pleasant personality, a professional demeanour, and the ability to manage multiple administrative functions efficiently while maintaining the brands high standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Office Store Administration: Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations of the store, maintaining a professional and organized environment.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee stock records, coordinate with the store and warehouse teams, and ensure accurate inventory tracking and reporting.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors and service providers for procurement, maintenance, and other administrative requirements.
  • Reporting System Management: Prepare, maintain, and circulate reports related to store performance, inventory, and expenses as per company formats and timelines.
  • Travel Coordination: Manage travel bookings, itineraries, and expense tracking for senior staff and visiting management teams.
  • Software Documentation: Maintain digital and physical records, handle data entry, and ensure accuracy in documentation using relevant software tools.
  • MS Office Proficiency: Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint effectively.
