Job SummaryThe Administrative Manager will be responsible for supervising and managing the day-to-day operations of multiple diagnostic laboratories. The role includes ensuring smooth laboratory functioning, coordinating with operational and sales teams, maintaining quality standards, and supporting new lab setups and staff management.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage operations of multiple diagnostic laboratories to ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Coordinate new laboratory setup, including machine installation, calibration, and validation.
- Oversee staff recruitment, management, and performance monitoring across laboratory locations.
- Monitor quality control processes and ensure adherence to internal and regulatory standards.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Manage inventory review and supply chain coordination to ensure uninterrupted laboratory operations.
- Address and resolve day-to-day operational and sales team queries efficiently.
- Ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed across all laboratories.
- Coordinate with management to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Experience in administration or operations management, preferably in diagnostics, healthcare, or laboratory settings.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of laboratory operations, quality control, and compliance standards.
- Ability to manage multiple locations and teams simultaneously.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience- Experience managing multi-location diagnostic laboratories.
- Familiarity with lab equipment installation, validation processes, and audit procedures.
