Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with vendors for AMC contracts, procurement, and service agreements.
  • Monitor office maintenance, asset management, and inventory control.
  • Ensure compliance with local statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Support HR in onboarding arrangements, travel bookings, and employee engagement activities.
  • Prepare MIS reports, budgets, and track administrative expenses.
  • Handle government liaisoning and external agency coordination when required.
  • Manage overall administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of the office.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management, or related field

Experience : 5 to 8 Years
