Role Description:
Protouch is seeking a full-time Administrative & Front Office Executive to join our on-site team in Ahmedabad. The role involves managing front desk operations, handling administrative tasks, coordinating internal communication, and supporting office operations to ensure a smooth and professional workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage front desk operations, greet visitors, and handle incoming calls professionally.
- Maintain office records, documentation, and filing systems.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and conference room bookings.
- Handle courier, vendor coordination, and office supply management.
- Support HR and Finance teams with basic administrative tasks.
- Manage employee attendance records and internal communication support.
- Ensure office cleanliness, facilities management, and vendor follow-ups.
- Assist senior management with routine administrative support.
- Handle employee queries related to office administration and logistics.
- Qualification & Skills :
- Proven experience in administration, front office, or receptionist roles.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email communication.
- Professional appearance and customer-friendly attitude.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is a plus.
