Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Executive to handle day-to-day administrative tasks and support smooth office operations. The ideal candidate should have basic administrative skills along with working knowledge of computers and office software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative activities
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Maintain office records, files, and documentation (physical & digital)
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules
  • Assist in vendor coordination and office supply management
  • Support HR in onboarding, attendance tracking, and documentation
  • Maintain databases and update information regularly
  • Handle basic MIS reports and data entry tasks
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of office facilities

Required Skills:

  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to work independently and in a team

IT & Technical Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft ExcelMicrosoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with email platforms (e.g., Microsoft OutlookGmail)
  • Basic data entry and report preparation skills
  • Understanding of file management systems and cloud storage (e.g., Google Drive)
  • Basic troubleshooting of office IT equipment (printers, systems, etc.)
