Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Executive to handle day-to-day administrative tasks and support smooth office operations. The ideal candidate should have basic administrative skills along with working knowledge of computers and office software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and administrative activities
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation (physical & digital)
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules
- Assist in vendor coordination and office supply management
- Support HR in onboarding, attendance tracking, and documentation
- Maintain databases and update information regularly
- Handle basic MIS reports and data entry tasks
- Ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of office facilities
Required Skills:
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic communication skills (written & verbal)
- Attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work independently and in a team
IT & Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Familiarity with email platforms (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, Gmail)
- Basic data entry and report preparation skills
- Understanding of file management systems and cloud storage (e.g., Google Drive)
- Basic troubleshooting of office IT equipment (printers, systems, etc.)
