Administrative Executive

You will:

• Handle all aspects of office procurement, including sourcing, purchasing, and maintaining supplies and equipment.
• Manage day-to-day office administration tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage relationships with existing vendors and onboard new vendors as needed.
• Utilize strong skills in Excel and Word for various administrative tasks, including data management, reporting, and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
• Ensure adherence to company and statutory compliance requirements related to procurement, vendor management, and operations.

You have:

• 2-5 years of experience in office administration, procurement, and vendor management is preferred.
• Understanding of procurement processes, sourcing, and vendor selection.
• Negotiation skills for handling vendor contracts and agreements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
