Roles and Responsibilities
Administrative support in a timely manner.
Courier and Inventory Management.
Attendance and leave management.
Relationship management with vendors for office administration activities, telecom, insurance, IT, and facility management.
Ticket Booking, VISA & Hotel Reservation (Domestic & international).
Assist in arranging and organizing corporate meetings, conferences, and events.
Assist Management in day-to-day activities.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in any stream.
Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in administration activities
Language & IT Proficiency:
Highly proficient in English language (Written and Verbal communications)
Hindi & Marathi language will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of MS Office, Web browser
