  Job Summary 

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative & Operations Executive to support the day-to-day functioning of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for office administration, operational coordination, communication management, event/webinar organization, and providing overall support to management. This role requires excellent English communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and a positive, service-oriented attitude. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Ensure the office premises are clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times. 

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments for employees, visitors, and meetings as required. 

• Procure and maintain office supplies, stationery, pantry items, and other administrative requirements. 

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchases to ensure uninterrupted office operations. 

• Manage office records, files, documents, and correspondence. 

• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and housekeeping staff.

 • Handle visitor management and reception-related activities when required.

 • Coordinate with internal teams to track tasks and follow up on pending actions. 

• Maintain reports, trackers, and operational records. 

• Make professional phone calls to clients, vendors, partners, and stakeholders. • Draft and send emails, meeting invitations, and follow-up communications. 

• Handle any additional administrative, operational, or coordination responsibilities assigned by management. 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. 

• Strong coordination, organizational, and multitasking abilities. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication. 

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
