Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Baleswar for an Administrative Clerk. The Administrative Clerk will perform a variety of tasks including managing administrative duties, answering and directing phone calls with professional etiquette, and maintaining organized clerical records. The role also includes supporting executives with administrative assistance and ensuring smooth operations of daily activities within the shop.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
  • Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Communication
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance is preferred
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in basic office tools and software
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office management or relevant fields are a plus
