Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant based in Rishikesh. The role includes managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, organizing meetings, handling calls, maintaining records, and providing clerical and executive support. The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and supporting leadership as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Tasks
  • Proficiency in managing Executive Administrative Assistance duties
  • Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask efficiently
  • Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in a similar administrative role is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education is a plus
