Located in Mumbai, the studio promotes a hands-on approach to design and digital fabrication processes.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid position based in Mumbai, allowing for a combination of on-site presence and remote work. As an Administrative Assistant at Studio Emergence, you will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, support executive functions, and maintain accurate records. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, answering phone calls, organizing documentation, and assisting with clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations. The role requires a detail-oriented individual willing to support the dynamic needs of a creative and innovative team.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to effectively manage schedules, meetings, and organizational tasks
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills, with a focus on professionalism and clarity
  • Experience with Clerical Skills, including document management, filing, and correspondence
  • Ability to multi-task, maintain attention to detail, and efficiently prioritize work in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency with standard office software and tools
  • Previous experience in a design, creative, or architecture-related environment is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, communications, or related field preferred
