Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site for an Administrative Assistant located in New Delhi. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing phone communications, providing executive administrative assistance, handling clerical tasks, and offering general administrative support. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure the smooth operation of the office. This role offers valuable insight into the B2B Audience Marketplace industry and the opportunity to work with industry leaders.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Effective Clerical Skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in office software and tools
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Ability to learn and manage international relationships
  • Comfortable working in an onsite setting
  • Must be located in commutable distance to New Delhi, India

Training and Development:

  • Full training and development to excel in the said department.
  • Mentorship and training from experienced professionals of Admin and HR.
