Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Sitapur for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will manage daily office tasks, maintain schedules, organize and manage documentation, and ensure smooth communication within the team. The role involves scheduling meetings, handling phone calls, and supporting the executive team with administrative duties.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Strong Phone Etiquette and effective Communication skills
- Experience in providing Executive Administrative Assistance
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in using office software tools such as word processors, spreadsheets, and email communication
- Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary are a plus
