Job Description
The Office Administrator will provide professional support to the Singapore office.

Responsibilities
- General clerical work and office administration tasks
- Coordinate between the staffs within the office and with other offices and plants
- Manage and maintaine Pantry/Stationery/Office machine/Conference room and support office supplies
- Maintain company document and records in physical form and digital form.
- Manage vendors, suppliers and office building management
- General office upkeep.
- assist office staff for TER claims, travel matter, purchases, customer coding/ updates, customer calls & requests, coordination of meetings
- Receive visitors and make logistics arrangement
- Provide administrative support to sales/office safety managers, legal counsel, office employees, HR and IT team and ALT meetings
- P romote a safe work environment, support office events such as volunteer activities, safety related tranings and office bonding activities.
- Bilingual translation between English and Chinese
- Other office administration duties as assigned by supervisor
- Minimum of 3 years work experience
- Self initiative, proactive, r esults oriented, and ability to handle multitask and adapt to changing business needs and processes, good team player
- Work independently with minimal supervision .
- Good English skills (written and verbal), Chinese lanaguge is a great advantage
- Fluent computer skills in Power Point, Excel, Ms Office, Concur and SAP
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with internal and external people.
- Good attitude and attention to details
- Keep proprietary and legal information confidential
- O'level or above, admin or secretarial related Diploma
