Role Description
This full-time Administrative Assistant role is an on-site position based in Baraut. Responsibilities include providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Tasks involve answering and directing calls, managing schedules, organizing meetings, maintaining records, and supporting executive-level administrative needs. The role also requires coordinating communication between departments and contributing to the smooth execution of day-to-day office operations.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance.
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and effective Communication.
- Experience with Clerical Skills and office organization.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory for motivated and capable candidates.
