Role Description

This is a contract, on-site Receptionist role located in Mumbai -Malad. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing excellent customer service, answering phone calls, and greeting visitors. The role includes performing clerical duties, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day operational tasks assigned by the management.
  • Manage front desk and reception duties, including coordinating between doctors and clients.
  • Attend to client inquiries, schedule appointments, and ensure smooth patient flow.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and provide accurate information to clients.
  • Create invoices, manage billing-related documentation, and maintain daily records and sheets.
  • Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling and reporting.
  • Manage clinic stationery requirements and maintain inventory.
  • Check official emails regularly and respond in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain and update records using computer systems with accuracy.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong computer knowledge and proficiency in basic office applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional approach towards client handling and coordination with doctors.
  • Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities efficiently.
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented

2-year contract mandatory

Job timings: 11am to 8pm

Monday to saturday

Pay scale: Rs.15000/- to Rs.25000/-
