Key Responsibilities

1. Administrative & Office Management:

  • Manage front desk operations, including receiving visitors, handling calls, and coordinating couriers.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.

2. Accounting & Data Management:

  • Handle basic accounting entries and bookkeeping usingTally ERP.
  • Assist in generating invoices, purchase orders, and delivery challans.
  • Update and maintain data in the company'sERP software(e.g., SAP, Oracle, or custom ERP).

3. Attendance & Payroll Support:

  • Maintain daily attendance records for office and plant staff using biometric systems or manual registers.
  • Prepare monthly attendance reports and support the HR/payroll team with data for salary processing.
  • Leave record management and tracking.

4. Documentation & Reporting:

  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to admin, inventory, or attendance as required.
  • Ensure proper filing of physical and digital documents (e.g., invoices, contracts, employee records).

5. Communication & Coordination:

  • Act as a liaison between management, staff, and external partners.
  • Communicate effectively inHindi and Englishwith internal teams and clients.

    • Education:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

    Experience:

    • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or accounting support role.
    • Experience in manufacturing, packaging, or related industries is preferred.

    Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency inTally ERP(entries, vouchering, basic reports).
    • Hands-on experience withERP softwarefor data entry and retrieval.
    • Strong command ofMS Office(Excel, Word, Outlook).

    Language Skills:

    • Fluency in Hindi(spoken and written) ismandatory.
    • Proficiency in English and Tamil (preferred).

    Soft Skills:

    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • High attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
