Description

The Administrative Assistant will provide essential support for residential property management, while working remotely and syncing schedules with teams in the EST timezone. This part-time role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and handling confidential information.

Working Hours - Overlap with US - EST timezone. We are ok to hire either a Full time or a Part time resource for this.

Work Location - Remote ok for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support including calendar management and coordination.
  • Assist with communication between property stakeholders, such as tenants, vendors, brokers, and legal representatives.
  • Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and routine inspections remotely.
  • Track expenses, rental payments, and prepare basic reports.
  • Manage digital filing of property-related documents effectively.
  • Research and coordinate with vendors or contractors as required.
  • Assist with compliance, lease renewals, and local property regulations.
  • Perform other property management and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Based in India, with stable internet and phone connectivity.
  • Previous administrative or property management experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to multi-task effectively.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
