Role Description

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily office operations, including providing clerical assistance, scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining organized records. The role involves assisting executives with administrative tasks and ensuring smooth communication within the organization. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mapusa.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and general Clerical Skills
  • Strong abilities in Phone Etiquette and Communication
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Knowledge of office software and equipment operations
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus
