ob Title: Administrative Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and send reminders.
Maintain client databases, update records, and track project timelines.
Handle email correspondence, follow-ups, and client onboarding tasks.
Create and maintain weekly and monthly summaries for client
activities.
Assist with billing, invoice tracking, and basic documentation
management.
Marketing & Communications Support
Draft and send monthly newsletters to clients and prospects.
Manage social media posting schedules and engagement (mainly
LinkedIn).
Coordinate updates to digital content and client communications.
Track engagement metrics and prepare simple marketing activity
reports.
Confidentiality & Compliance
Handle all client data in accordance with confidentiality agreements
and firm protocols.
Maintain compliance with data protection and cloud-based system
standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in administrative or virtual assistant roles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
(Zoho or similar).
Basic understanding of social media and email marketing
platforms (MailChimp, Canva, LinkedIn).
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and accountability.
