Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in calendar management and meeting logistics.
  • Manage travel bookings (International and Domestic).
  • Cross collaborating, planning, and support including All Hands, morale events, and other group meetings as needed
  • Work with Real Estate and facilities team for workplace improvement and management.
  • Purchasing equipment, services and supplies, creating purchase orders, managing accruals and processing invoices.
  • Manage new employee onboarding, shift rostering, reporting allowances to payment team and facilitating transportation.
  • Manage hardware allocation and maintain asset inventory tracking.

Competencies/skills required:
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication
  • Ability to build effective cross-group working relationships
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
