Position: Senior Executive – Office Administration, Operations & Accounts

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth business operations.
- Manage office facilities, vendor coordination, office procurement, and inventory.
- Handle sales and purchase invoicing, bank reconciliations, petty cash, and payment processing.
- Maintain accounts in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and prepare MIS reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal departments.
- Ensure proper documentation, record management, and statutory compliance support (GST, TDS, etc.).
- Monitor office expenses and optimize administrative and operational processes.
- Support management with operational planning, reporting, and coordination.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office operations and timely execution of administrative tasks.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.
- Good understanding of office administration, operations, and accounting.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance/Operations) or equivalent.
Preferred Candidate
- Minimum 11 years of relevant experience.
- Mature, dependable, and capable of independently managing office administration, operations, and accounts.
