Jamalia Group is looking for an organized and responsible Administration Executive to manage daily administrative operations and support office activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office administration work
Maintain office records, files, and documents
Coordinate with different departments and staff
Handle office supplies, vendors, and inventory
Manage scheduling, meetings, and office communication
Assist management in administrative tasks
Ensure smooth functioning of office operations
Required Skills
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Qualification
Graduate in any stream (preferred)
