- Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Assist in handling day-to-day office payments and expense tracking
- Support vendor management, including coordination and communication
- Follow up with vendors for invoices, payments, and required documents
- Assist in billing processes and maintaining payment records
- Maintain and update payment, vendor, and billing data in spreadsheets or systems
- Help in reconciling bills and supporting basic accounts documentation
- Coordinate with the accounts team for timely processing of payments
- Support general administrative and operational tasks as required
