Job Responsibilities
Stock taking, ordering, and tracking arrivals of stationery, pantry items, coffee machine supplies, and housekeeping materials
Conduct regular office rounds and perform workplace health & safety checks
Coordinate office lunch arrangements, including ordering, quality checks, and bill payments
Update credit card (CC) statements and ensure proper linking
Enroll new joiners in the Visitor Management System
Perform periodic checks of the first aid kit
Monitor and ensure availability of PPE
Prepare ID cards for new employees
Manage vendor documentation and forms
Coordinate with security regarding water supply, garbage disposal, and sewage management
Handle photocopying and filing tasks
Follow up on vendor bills and payments
Coordinate arrangements for office events
Create purchase orders (PO) and sales orders
Arrange domestic and international travel ticket bookings
Handle communication with employees and vendors
Manage courier dispatch activities
Coordinate forex procurement and surrender
Arrange hotel reservations
Follow up on contract-related matters
Handle Amazon purchases, including receiving, checking, and distribution of items
Arrange lunch, snacks, tea, and coffee for guests
Perform any other tasks assigned from time to time
