Job Description

Hiring: Admin Executive Drafting Documentation

Company: Tharwani Infrastructure

Location: Ulhansgar

Experience: 2-5 years in Real Estate / Construction

Salary: Up to 25,000 per month

Work Days: Monday to Friday

Timings: 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM or 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting Documentation: Prepare letters, notices, agreements, NOCs, and internal memos related to projects, customers, and vendors
  • Liaison Work: Coordinate with authorities for approvals, follow-ups, and documentation
  • Record Keeping: Maintain project files, customer files, legal papers, and admin records both physical and digital
  • Admin Support: Handle vendor management, office upkeep, courier, inventory, and support MD/HODs with admin tasks
  • Customer Coordination: Assist sales/CRM team
  • IT Systems: Basic knowledge of MS Office, scanning/emailing documents

Candidate Profile

  • Graduate + 2+ years experience in real estate/construction admin work
  • Strong drafting skills in English must be able to write formal letters/emails independently
  • Familiar with property documents, society matters, and authority processes
  • Good communication and follow-up skills
  • Immediate joiners preferred
