Hiring: Admin Executive Drafting Documentation

Experience: 2-5 years in Real Estate / Construction
Salary: Up to 25,000 per month
Work Days: Monday to Friday
Timings: 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM or 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting Documentation: Prepare letters, notices, agreements, NOCs, and internal memos related to projects, customers, and vendors
- Liaison Work: Coordinate with authorities for approvals, follow-ups, and documentation
- Record Keeping: Maintain project files, customer files, legal papers, and admin records both physical and digital
- Admin Support: Handle vendor management, office upkeep, courier, inventory, and support MD/HODs with admin tasks
- Customer Coordination: Assist sales/CRM team
- IT Systems: Basic knowledge of MS Office, scanning/emailing documents
Candidate Profile
- Graduate + 2+ years experience in real estate/construction admin work
- Strong drafting skills in English must be able to write formal letters/emails independently
- Familiar with property documents, society matters, and authority processes
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
