Position Overview

We are looking for a highly organized Administration Executive to support the CEO with professional and personal administrative tasks. The role demands discretion, efficiency, and strong coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

Calendar & Scheduling

Manage the CEOs calendar, meetings, and personal appointments.

Coordinate with teams and external stakeholders to avoid conflicts.

Administrative Support

Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing.

Support in meetings by managing agendas, notes, and follow-ups.

Manage travel bookings, itineraries, and logistics.

Personal Assistance

Support with personal tasks, errands, and reminders.

Coordinate household or personal requirements when needed.

Liaison & Communication

Act as the CEO's first point of contact.

Prioritize and route communications for timely responses.

Office Coordination

Assist the CEO's office in ensuring smooth daily operations.

Provide general administrative support as required.

Skills & Qualifications

Experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.

Integrity and discretion in handling confidential matters.
