Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Professional Conduct: Exhibit a high degree of subordination, punctuality, and honesty in all tasks.
  • Event & Procurement Management: Handle event organization, procurement, and purchasing operations efficiently.
  • Flexibility: Adapt to dynamic work environments and varying work hours as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the department in the development, performance, and maintenance of administrative operations.
  • Operational Coordination: Work collaboratively with other departments and functions to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Vendor & Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with vendors and clients when required.
  • Reporting: Prepare and maintain MIS reports and other administrative documentation on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Facility Management: Manage store, security, housekeeping, and asset maintenance functions.
  • Office Systems Management: Ensure smooth operation of office management systems, ERP tools, and MS Office applications.
  • Liaison Activities: Coordinate with departments, vendors, and external partners as per business needs.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or similar administrative role.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organization: Strong organizational and leadership abilities with proactive thinking and task prioritization.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and ERP software; familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Office Administration, Business, or a related field (Secretarial studies preferred).
  • Additional Advantage: Experience in event management, procurement, and vendor handling.

We have not required any equity infusion subsequent to our original incorporation requirements, and we have historically financed our working capital requirements and the expansion of our business and operations primarily through funds generated from our operations and debt financing.
