We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Administration & Facilities Associate to manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning of workplace facilities across multiple office locations.

The ideal candidate should have experience in administration, hospitality coordination, vendor management, and employee support with a problem-solving approach and good coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage overall office administration and facility operations
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, security, pantry, and support staff
  • Handle vendor management and AMC/service follow-ups
  • Ensure proper maintenance of office spaces, meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas
  • Oversee office assets, inventory, and stationery management
  • Maintain Guest hospitality and workplace experience standards
  • Ensure smooth functioning across multiple office locations
  • Support management in day-to-day operational activities

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Facilities / Hospitality Management / Administration.
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Strong follow-up and multitasking abilities
  • Basic knowledge of vendor handling and office operations
  • Proficiency in MS Office and emails
  • Presentable, responsible, and organized personality

Preferred Background

Candidates from hospitality, administration, facility management, or workplace operations background will be preferred.
