About the Role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Administration to drive end-to-end travel operations and workplace administration initiatives. This role will be responsible for ensuring seamless employee travel experiences while managing critical administrative processes across offices.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in corporate travel management, vendor management, office administration, and process ownership, with the ability to operate efficiently in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

Travel Management

• Manage end-to-end corporate travel operations including domestic and international travel bookings
• Coordinate flights, hotels, visas, forex, airport transfers, and travel-related logistics
• Drive travel policy adherence and optimize travel costs
• Partner with travel vendors and agencies to ensure smooth employee experience
• Handle escalations related to travel operations and provide timely resolution
• Track travel budgets, utilization trends, and identify optimization opportunities

Administration & Facilities

• Support office administration and workplace operations
• Manage vendor relationships and service quality across administration functions
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
• Ensure compliance with administration policies and governance processes
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for employee experience initiatives
• Monitor administration budgets and expense controls

Process & Reporting

• Build operational dashboards and trackers
• Generate MIS reports and analyze trends
• Drive SOP creation and process standardization
• Identify automation opportunities to improve operational effectiveness

What We Are Looking For

• 3 - 6 years of experience in Administration / Travel Management / Facilities Operations
• Strong experience handling corporate travel operations at scale
• Exposure to vendor management and workplace operations
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced startup environments
• Process-driven mindset with strong ownership orientation
• Good analytical and reporting capabilities
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets / reporting tools

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in startups, fintech, technology companies, or high-growth organizations
• Exposure to travel management systems and administration platforms
