  • Vendor coordination (internet, housekeeping, courier, electrician, carpenter, printer, etc.)
  • Petty cash tracking
  • Bills & invoice collection
2. Warehouse/Admin Coordination
  • Attendance tracking of warehouse/ground staff
  • Leave register maintenance
  • Daily opening/closing checklist
  • Basic stock movement coordination
  • Courier coordination
  • Packing material availability follow-up
  • Escalating operational issues
3. Vendor & External Follow-Ups
  • Calling vendors
  • Follow-up on timelines
  • Basic negotiation follow-up
  • Payment coordination with accounts
  • Mail drafting and reminders
  • Documentation collection
4. Hiring/Admin Support
  • Coordinate interviews
  • Candidate follow-ups
