About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin & Operations Executive to manage daily office operations, HR coordination, documentation, and finance support. You will ensure smooth internal processes, timely reimbursements, and audit-ready records.
Key Responsibilities
- Track attendance and manage reimbursements, allowances, and petty cash.
- Maintain vendor records, coordinate POs, invoices, and procure office supplies.
- Handle staff travel bookings, logistics, and office utilities.
- Maintain expense registers and support GST, audits, and statutory submissions.
- Organise licenses, insurance, renewals, and maintain a central digital admin folder.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure timely submissions and compliance.
Required Skills & Attributes
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, and Notion
- Trustworthy with confidential financial and administrative data
- Proactive, process-driven, and calm under pressure
Experience
- 25 years in admin, office operations, accounts support, or facility management
- Startup or mid-sized corporate experience preferred
