Overview

The Admin & Operations Executive is a full-time, onsite role responsible for managing daily operational activities across our manufacturing and administration functions. This role involves using ERP systems for documentation, coordinating between CNC shopfloor, QC, and sales teams, and ensuring compliance with ISO and GMP standards in a pharmaceutical tooling manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including documentation, inventory tracking, and compliance management.
  • Operate and maintain ERP systems for order processing, production planning, and reporting.
  • Coordinate communication and workflow among CNC manufacturing, quality control, and sales departments to ensure smooth production cycles.
  • Ensure adherence to ISO and GMP requirements across administrative and operational processes.
  • Handle supplier communications, purchase orders, and logistics coordination.
  • Support management with data collection, analysis, and operational reports.
  • Assist in facility management, safety compliance, and employee coordination tasks.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in manufacturing administration or operations, preferably in an ISO/GMP-regulated environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and documentation processes.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to liaise effectively across departments and coordinate multiple teams.
  • Understanding of manufacturing workflows, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
