Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Office Executive role located in Jaipur. The Office Executive will oversee daily administrative operations, coordinate with team members and clients, and handle office documentation and communication. Responsibilities include managing office administration, providing customer support, assisting in financial tasks, and ensuring the smooth running of office operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration for managing daily office operations.
- Basic understanding of Accounting for assisting with financial tasks and documentation.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in office software and technology.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
