About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive
Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facility in
Bhiwandi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing industrial or warehouse facilities and ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and compliance. This is a critical, on-site role requiring immediate joining.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end facility operations including maintenance, security, housekeeping, utilities, and asset management
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules for infrastructure and equipment
- Manage vendor contracts and monitor service delivery against SLAs
- Optimize facility costs and drive operational efficiency within budget
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for smooth facility functioning
- Ensure upkeep of infrastructure and manage refurbishment, repair, or upgrade projects when required
- Maintain facility documentation including safety audits, licenses, inspections, and compliance reports
- Supervise and lead facility support staff, ensuring high performance standards
- Respond to emergencies, facility issues, and maintenance requests in a timely manner
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management, preferably in a warehouse, logistics, or industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, HVAC, fire safety, plumbing, etc.)
- Excellent vendor management, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, facility management tools, and reporting
- Hands-on experience with safety audits, compliance, and maintenance planning
- Strong leadership skills and ability to handle multiple tasks independently
- Must be available to join immediately
