We are seeking an experienced Admin Manager to oversee the administrative functions of our liaising company in Indore. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in administrative management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the company.
  • Serve as a liaison between various departments and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee the scheduling and coordination of meetings and events.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Develop and implement administrative systems and processes to improve efficiency.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for administrative functions.
  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Monitor office supplies and manage inventory.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 5-15 years of experience in administrative management or related roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
