Job Description

The Admin Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall administrative operations of the institution/campus. The role includes facility management, transport supervision, security coordination, vendor management, housekeeping, maintenance, statutory compliance, and smooth day-to-day administration activities.

Key Responsibilities

Administration Management

  • Manage overall campus administration and operational activities.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of administrative processes and support services.
  • Coordinate with various departments for operational requirements.

Facility & Infrastructure Management

  • Supervise maintenance of school/building infrastructure.
  • Ensure proper functioning of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other utilities.
  • Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and campus upkeep.

Transport Management

  • Oversee transport operations including buses, routes, drivers, and safety compliance.
  • Ensure timely maintenance and documentation of vehicles.

Security & Safety

  • Supervise security staff and campus safety systems.
  • Ensure implementation of safety procedures and emergency protocols.
  • Monitor visitor management and access control systems.

Vendor & Asset Management

  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
  • Handle procurement and inventory management.
  • Maintain records of assets and administrative supplies.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure compliance with statutory and government regulations.
  • Maintain licenses, agreements, and administrative records.
  • Prepare administrative reports and MIS reports.

Staff Supervision

  • Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, transport, and support staff.
  • Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of admin support teams.

Budget & Cost Control

  • Monitor administrative expenses and operational budgets.
  • Implement cost-control measures without affecting operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of facility and administration management.
