Ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office environment.

Facilities Management:
Oversee the maintenance, security, and cleanliness of the office premises.
Coordinate with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and manage the administrative staff.
Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure high productivity and efficiency.
Vendor and Asset Management:
Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
Oversee procurement and maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and technology.
Maintain an up-to-date inventory of office assets.
Communication and Coordination:
Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related queries and concerns.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals.
Ensure timely dissemination of information across departments.
Compliance and Reporting:
Maintain records for office operations and prepare reports for senior management.
Ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational policies.
Conduct audits of administrative processes and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Experience:
8+ years of experience in office administration, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Experience in managing facilities, budgets, and teams.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in office management software (e.g., MS Office, ERP systems).
Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Knowledge of health, safety, and compliance standards.
Work Conditions:
Office-based role with occasional travel to branch locations (if applicable).
Flexible to work extended hours when required.

Our business model currently focuses more on Small/ Private companies with up to 90-100 employees for All services requirement. However, individual services can be availed without such restriction of number of employees.
