About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Admin Intern to support daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who can multitask, coordinate effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Kannada proficiency is mandatory for smooth local coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth operations
- Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping staff, security, and building management
- Handle office supplies, inventory tracking, and procurement activities
- Support travel bookings, transport arrangements, and employee logistics
- Maintain records, documentation, invoices, and filing systems
- Assist with front desk operations, visitors, calls, and courier management
- Provide on-ground support for team events, meetings, and internal activities
Requirements
- Proficiency in spoken Kannada is required
- Basic communication skills in English and Hindi preferred
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
- Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in a startup environment with dynamic responsibilities
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate / pursuing graduation in any field
- Prior internship or admin support experience is an advantage
- Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace preferred
