Responsible for project mobilization - Administrative requirements at site.
Arrange and negotiate for Guest house with necessary facility right at the start of project
Arrange for labor colony for site workmen with necessary required facility right at the start of the project
Responsible for setting up site office facilities and office requirements and ensure compliance with industry codes at sites
To negotiate and finalize rent for Staff family accommodation as per the prevailing market rates in the particular area where the job is allocated.
Lease Agreement / Renewal for Guest House / Company lease accommodation.
Responsible for demobilizing and mobilizing site office and accommodation facilities such as AC's, air coolers, fans, cots, cupboards, wardrobes etc.
Oversee health and safety at labor colonies and site accommodation provided to employees.
Responsible for establishing contact with local vendors and landlords for ensuring timely requirements at site are in place.
Site based / HQ staff monthly rent payments
Administrative activities / HPC approvals for project sites
Ensuring all the Statutory compliance pertaining to Shop & Establishment registration, PF& ESIC, contract labor registration are made available at the work premises.
Monthly PF / ESI remittance for Staff / Sub contract Workmen and Professional Tax remittance
Insurance - CAR / CPM / All Risk / Fire & Burglary / GPA / Fidelity / Motor Insurance
Continuous inspection at sites and supervise maintenance and repair of facilities and necessary equipment's
Provide prompt response to requests and issues from facility occupants.
Obtain quotes and tenders from vendors and suppliers, calculate and compare costs for goods and services to maximize cost-effectiveness.
Manage contractor and vendor relationships.
Prepare and track facility budget, monitor expenses and payments.
Generate and present regular reports and reviews of facility-related budgets, finances, contracts, expenditures and purchases.
