The Role
We are looking for a sharp, persuasive, and highly organized individual to be the face and voice of Happy Lab. You will occupy the critical intersection of Client Experience and Business Operations. Your goal is simple: ensure the office runs like clockwork and every prospective client feels understood and convinced to start their journey with us.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Client Engagement (The Revenue Focus)
- Consultative Sales: Handle inbound and outbound inquiries. You aren't just answering phones; you are assessing needs (career, personal) and recommending the right programs.
- Conversion: Guide prospects through their decision-making process and close sales to meet monthly targets.
- CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records of every interaction to ensure no lead is dropped.
- Follow-up: Reach out post-sale to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.
2. Administration & Finance (The Backbone)
- Scheduling: Act as the primary coordinator for appointment booking via our website.
- Financial Operations: Process payments (invoices, receipts, insurance), manage daily balances, and handle all cash/card transactions.
- Reporting: Compile weekly/monthly reports on sales, appointments, and office expenses.
- Office Management: General clerical tasks (filing, scanning), inventory management, and ensuring the office remains a tidy, functional, and welcoming space.

- Natural Persuader: You are excellent at conversation and can move someone from just asking to signing up.
- High Ownership: You don't wait for instructions. You see a messy file or a missed lead and you fix it.
- Tech-Comfortable: Proficient in using websites, CRM tools, and basic digital payment systems.
- Clarity: You can explain complex services simply and handle money talk without hesitation.
