Hiring: Sr. Specialist – Admin & Facilities (Technical)
This role will lead technical operations, drive smart facility transformation initiatives, optimize engineering performance, and ensure high standards of reliability, sustainability, and operational excellence across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage engineering and hard services operations
- Oversee HVAC, electrical, BMS, fire & life safety, plumbing, STP/ETP systems
- Drive preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance practices
- Lead digital transformation initiatives including CAFM/CMMS, IoT, automation, and smart building solutions
- Drive energy optimization, ESG, and sustainability initiatives
- Manage CAPEX projects, infrastructure upgrades, and technical deployments
- Lead vendor management, AMC optimization, and SLA governance
- Ensure statutory compliance, technical audits, and safety standards
- Publish operational dashboards and drive data-based decision making
Desired Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 10–18+ years of experience in Facility Management / Engineering Operations
- Strong exposure to multi-site or PAN India operations
- Expertise in HVAC, electrical systems, BMS, and technical facilities management
- Experience with CAFM/CMMS platforms, energy management systems, and automation tools
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Preferred Certifications
- Certified Energy Manager (CEM)
- LEED / IGBC
- ISO 14001 / 45001
